Very happy with the service of this dealer and the Fiat Abarth 595 I purchased, everything he said about the car was spot on. Very pleased with it, couldn't ask for anything better. I contacted Carl regarding a small issue I had with the seat belt holder at the back.. I explained it was broken and all the clips had come off. Every time you used the seatbelt it came off. All I was asking was any thing he could do to sort the problem out which was minor. I was told to go to Fiat genuine parts also he asked me to go on Ebay. He then stated "We do not replace parts that have been broken one week later, how I bent over backwards and got the car to you quickly and I paid half the delivery cost to get it to you" Yes I agree that happened. He then said "Up to you if you want to leave a negative review which I didn't want to do, but then the remark was "In life there are people that want something for nothing and are never happy, you are clearly one of those people".
